Tuesday, September 13, 2011

for new swimmer placement and registration

Open to children in Grades 1 – 12

Prospective team members should come prepared
to jump in the pool for a placement review.

2010-2011 Registration Forms
Download to your computer, fill out and e-mail or print this registration form.

Sessions must be paid for at the time of registration. If you sign up for more than one session you have the option of paying for all the sessions at once or at the beginning of each session a swimmer participates.

2010-2011 Athlete Registration Application

In addition to tuition, all swimmers must join USA Swimming. USA Swimming membership includes insurance coverage for swimming during practices and at meets. This yearly membership will only need to be paid once for this season.…
