Swim Team Registration Forms. 

We are only offering this year Registration Forms in a 6 page PDF Document:

Sessions must be paid for at the time of registration.  If you sign up for more than one session you have the option of paying for all the sessions at once or at the beginning of each session a swimmer participates.  Families who choose to sign up for the entire year at once will receive a 10% discount.

2010 Athlete Registration Application

In addition to tuition, all swimmers must join USA Swimming. USA Swimming membership includes insurance coverage for swimming during practices and at meets. This yearly membership is $57.00 and will only need to be paid once for the 09/10 season.…
